NAWB member services are designed to help our Workforce Development Board members 1) educate key policy makers about their important missions, 2) secure the role of the business sector in workforce development, 3) build organizational capacity and effectiveness to execute WIOA and other programs successfully, and 4) network with the nationwide job training and workforce development community to identify industry innovations and best practices.
Communications & Resources
Members-Only Online Portal
The NAWB members-only portal is a hub that employs technology, communications tools, and support to enhance members’ experience with NAWB. The portal allows each member to maintain organizational and personal profiles, join or renew membership, and access our developing community of practice for peer-based technical assistance and collaboration.
NAWB Career Center
The NAWB Career Center is available through the membership portal for members to post workforce-related career opportunities. Non-members may post their career opportunities by purchasing a 60-day listing.
E-Alerts are sent to members and include NAWB news, funding announcements, professional development opportunities, and resources and publications of import.
Postcards from DC
These personal communications and briefings from NAWB’s CEO keep members informed of current policy issues and legislative developments, and provide calls to action that members can immediately put into practice during their communications with their elected officials and Members of Congress.
Updates from Washington
Our ongoing advocacy efforts are communicated to members through a subscription to Updates from Washington, an eNewsletter that is distributed approximately four times per year with actionable news from the Hill that members can use to interact with their own elected officials in Washington.
