State Workforce Investment Boards

Next Level Performance—The National Association of Workforce Boards believes that many workforce investment boards have stepped-up their work in these last few years, but we also believe that all workforce boards need to step up and work smarter and more efficiently, as well as demonstrate how the workforce investment system plays a vital role in growing America’s economy. This means that NAWB has to step up as well.  You will see this reflected in our new membership packages which feature new offerings, add-ons, and opportunities.

• In order to effectively lead the WIB process at the state level, one must understand the issues faced by local WIB chairs and staff as well; NAWB is uniquely suited to help provide our State WIB members this understanding and to help increase local performance.
