Fostering Workforce Innovation Together
For almost 50 years, workforce development boards have looked to NAWB for leadership. Many challenges sit on our horizon. Federal funding and public systems are experiencing unprecedented uncertainty and disruption. AI and technology continue to accelerate the pace of change. The structure of the workforce is shifting, as are business needs. Individually, it is almost impossible to track and address all the issues at play. We need to navigate them together.
NAWB IS YOUR PARTNER, YOUR VOICE, YOUR ASSOCIATION
NAWB is your voice on Capitol Hill, advocating for workforce legislation and policy. Together, we foster long-time relationships with the federal agencies who directly impact our network. We gather together virtually and in-person to set the national workforce agenda, to share best practices, to collaborate and promote creative and innovative ways to improve the workforce system. Together, we create change to improve the lives of American job seekers.
Our work with partners like Walmart, Best Buy, and Microsoft is helping to drive change in the workforce landscape. Together, we are developing innovative ways to shape the future of work. Initiatives like Family Centered Employment, Skills-Based Hiring, LER, AI tools, and SNAP E&T build a diversified collection of resources our members can at access any time.
